How to change startup language on ER400pro

Hi, I just received a new ER400pro, it starts up in Russian.
The instruction book says it can be changed to start in english, but does not tell how to do this in the instructions. Since I can't read the Russian, I need simple beginers instructions for changing the startup to english.

Also, I was to receive free software, in the email there was a link, but there is no software to down load at any of the links, or anywhere from my account....help, where is the software and keys?? Clicking on the links in the email do nothing at all.

Dear Scott,

Please go to the Setup of the unit (Shift then Setup (0)) and select the first tab "Language Interface", press Enter after that and select "English" and press Enter once again.
To change the translation directions inside the dictionary please press <=> button placed in the lowest line of your unit's keypad when you are in the Dictionary mode.
