iTRAVL TL-6 English Thai

I bought iTRAVL TL-6 English Thai. I got this with a user manual of 43 pages and this mentioned not one time the word Thai. So for some one want to learning Thai, get there no information.

I can't read Thai, but I want to use the dictionary, same as books translate thai in latin letters, so a foreigner can read it. Is this option missing? Is there any handbook for this specific needs? Or missed there any options to adjust? Where I can get this informations?
