Alpine-2S versus TL-6

I have three questions:

1. I ordered an Alpine-2S, but on the back of the model I received it says iTRAVL TL-6. Are they the same model?

2. If not, will the iTRAVL TL-6 work properly with an Ectaco C pen scanner?

3. Why was the SD card labeled by hand? This is not the way they are shown on your web site.

1. Yes

2. C-Pen works with deluxe versions only, in other words it will work

3. All memory cards usually come this way, due to the fact that they all recorded manually by a technician, and it is already clear for a customer what language he/she have ordered. But it is a courtesy of a technician that he/she placed a manual indication of a language pair on a card, probably not to misplace memory cards from the different orders.
