HTC 621 does not recognise chinese (Mandarin) audio file       Forum Index -> FAQ about software   Autor Message renaldomcl Messages: 2 25/03/2009 23:39:40    Subject: HTC 621 does not recognise chinese (Mandarin) audio file I have been trying several trial versions of the Chinese phrasebook for MS Smartphones (specifically the HTC621). The Cantonese version loaded and worked on my first attempt allowing both English/Chinese (Cantonese) audio to be heard. I also tried to load the English/Chinese (Mandarin) version with no success. The English audio works perfectly however the Chinese (Mandarin) does not. When an english phrase is selected the Chinese (Mandarin) audio prompts with the error message "audio file not loaded". I have tried several times to load/uninstall/reload the mandarin version with no success in getting the chinese audio to be played. In all my attempts to load the Mandarin software I always received a successful load message. Windows Mobile 6 Standard CS OS 5.2.1238 (Build 17745.0.2.3) Your web site supports MS mobile version 5 for the Mandarin phrasebook. (the Cantonese/English version loads and runs very well in my V6 phone!). I have loaded and uninstalled the phrasebook several times both in main memory and on the memory card with the same result.
