(part 1) There is a step by step procedure to reload the Firmware for 800 Models. 1. Turn the Device on 2. Press the ON/OFF button and hold it, the screen should be ON 3. Press RESET button (pinhole) with paperclip for a second, while you are holding the ON/OFF button, (the RESET button is on the left upper corner of keyboard panel) 4. The screen turns off and then on 5. Then screen shows: Main Menu, Load Firmware, Back Up Firmware 6. Press Load Firmware with stylus 7. You see the message on the screen: Select package P 800 V and numbers Cancel 8. In order to select the Package: Press P 800 V and numbers Alex I.
