registration key will not work

I have tried repeatedly to enter my registration key and it will not work. I have checked that the caps are on and used zero and the letter O appropriately and still no luck. I also have sent emails to the support staff but so far no reply. Can someone please help me access my IdiomaX translation Suite? Thank you.

Thanks - I have sent the information to your email address. By the way, this is the first response I have received regarding this problem although I have written several emails to customer support since August 23. I certainly hope this works.

We checked the provided key with the software developers, they confirmed that it should work fine.
It may be the case that you accidentally installed a different IdiomaX product.
Please uninstall the downloaded program and download the ordered IdiomaX Translation Suite at
http://www.ectaco.com/download?type=eval&file=TransSuiteEsEn40.exe
To register the software, please copy and paste the e-mail address provided with the purchase as well as your registration key to the required fields.
Please let us know if there is still any problem.
