Dear Sir/Madam,
i want to ask u regarding a product refund,
i bought EA3B translator from u, then i returned it back on 23 May 2007, but haven't received refund from u until today, i contacted u many times, but i didnt really get clear explenation about that matter from your side, last time on 28 Aug u said u r waiting finance department's reply, so i emailed u asking about their reply on 24 Sep and later, but didnt get any response from u until now!!
so could u help me and inform about this matter,please?and when do u expect to inform me /give me refund???
