Once we receive it, we will mail you a check or give you a credit within thirty (30) days of receipt and acceptance of your trade in. How exactly does it work?

• Tell us about the product you want to trade and the handheld dictionary / translator you wish to get by sending us an email at sales@australia.ectaco.com
• We'll give you a quote (including shipping costs)
• If you accept the quote, simply order the handheld dictionary / translator of your choice at http://www.australia.ectaco.com/catalogue/Electronic-Dictionaries/
• We will send the new device to you as soon as we receive payment for your order.
• Once we receive your old unit, we will mail you a check or give you a credit for the agreed amount.
